*Conditions and Limitations
- Buyer(s) must enter into a Designated Buyer Representation Agreement with Walter Phenix which includes a declaration
they are not under contract with another brokerage and purchase a home offering a minimum 2.0% commission (Or dollar
value equivalent) to Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, Brokerage.
- Seller(s) must enter into a Designated Listing Agreement and sell a home offering a minimum 2.0% commission (Or dollar
value equivalent) to Co-operating Brokerages
- If it is discovered Buyer was under contract with another Brokerage during the currency of the contract with Coldwell
Banker Select Real Estate, Brokerage the Buyer(s) agree to refund the cash back rebate within 3 business days.
- The Gift Card amount is determined as follows based on the purchase price on the agreement of purchase & sale:
- A. $0-$1.5m = $1000 Gift Card
- B. $1500001m-$2.0m = $1500 Gift Card
- C. $2000001m-$2.5m = $2000 Gift Card
- D. $2500001m+ = $2500 Gift Card
- The Gift Card amount is calculated on property purchase price NET of HST.
- The Gift Card is only given to the name(s) registered on the agreement of purchase and sale.
- Rebates are not offered on pre-construction, VIP condo sales or on properties where a referral fee is being paid to
another brokerage.
- Rebates are not valid with any other offers or promotions.
- This offer has no cash value.
- Can be a single or multiple transaction purchase values within 30 days of each other.
- The agreement of purchase & sale must close and be completed for this offer to be valid. Once the agreement of purchase
and sale has been closed and completed the gift card will be delivered within 14 days of the completion date.
Rebates are not available from all registrants of Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, Brokerage. The Gift Card is
guaranteed and paid personally by Walter Phenix not Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, Brokerage. The Gift Card is to
be given to the buyer within 14 days of closing. For resale transactions. The rebate amount must be disclosed to both
parties of the transaction.
